Important:

Do not send funds outside of log.fo; anybody contacting you is attempting to defraud you.

We will never approach for payments outside of log.fo because the entire payment procedure is automated and inside the website.


Crypto:

Sent through a network other than the default one: Lost forever

Sent to an address other than the one specified: Lost forever

Sent a different amount than what was specified: Assistance is required


CashApp:

Sent to a QR Code/tag other than the one provided: Lost forever

Sent a different amount than what was specified: Assistance is required

Sent without the note you were supposed to include: Assistance is required


"Lost forever" signifies that customer service is unable to assist you and that your funds have been lost.

"Assistance is required" signifies that customer service can assist you and that your money also isn't lost.
