Do not approach customer service right away to request replacements. Take your time, study the techniques, and remember that you usually have 24 hours to verify the logs/accounts.


If you submit negative feedback without first contacting support, you will be blacklisted and will not be eligible for replacements or refunds.


Do not bombard customer service with queries; instead, let them respond one at a time.


Do not contact support until you have excellent screenshot proof. Video proofs would greatly simplify the work.
